Back on track.

I’m putting mind to this weight loss thing. I woke up early before work and exercised. I think this really helped me because I feel 100 times less stressed today than I have all week. Then, for lunch my boss ordered the office pizza. Of course, on the day I decide to get back on track! Lol but, I declined and stuck with the lunch I brought. I worked out this morning-woke up early to do it too!- so I wasn’t gonna let a little pizza get in the way of my potential progress. Let’s hope I can keep this going!

Alright, here it is.

I’ve been eating terribly for the last 2 weeks. So bad I fact that I’ve gained 5 pounds! I feel awful right now because I could have been down that weight in this time rather than up. So now I have to do double the work, in a sense, to lose this weight AGAIN that I already lost. FML. Maybe this will give me something to focus on rather than how much I hate my job. Haha

Non scale victory

I am so close to my mile time goal! I want to get down to a 10 min mile and yesterday for the first time in my life I ran 10:07! Woo hoo! I’ve cut down from 12:35. That’s quite an accomplishment I think!
